luvvya Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "luvvya" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to luvvya and all associated services, products, and digital infrastructure accessible at https://luvvya.cam.
• "Member" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who has registered an account with luvvya and is subject to these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" — the personal user account created by a Member upon completing the registration process on luvvya.
• "Balance" — the real-money funds held within a Member's luvvya Account, excluding any bonus amounts pending wagering completion.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a Member's Account, subject to separate wagering requirements and validity conditions as disclosed at the time of the promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total value of qualifying bets a Member must place before Bonus Funds or any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification procedures conducted by luvvya to comply with internationally recognised anti-money laundering and player protection standards.
• "Services" — all products offered through luvvya, including but not limited to sports betting (bandar bola — football bookmaking), live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slot games, and any other gaming vertical made available on the Platform.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia and the designated transaction currency on luvvya.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all customer service operating hours, draw schedules, and promotional validity windows on luvvya.

To register and maintain an active luvvya Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your Account remains open:

1. You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and non-human automated entities are not permitted to register as Members.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. luvvya strictly prohibits access by minors. Any Member found to have misrepresented their age during registration will have their Account immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
3. You must be physically located in or a resident of Indonesia at the time of registration and during active use of the Platform.
4. You must not be on any self-exclusion register, whether maintained by luvvya or by a recognised responsible gaming body, that prohibits your participation in online gambling activities.
5. You must not be acting as an agent of, or on behalf of, any third party for the purpose of placing bets or accessing the Platform.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) luvvya Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile telephone number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. luvvya will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify luvvya's customer support immediately at [email protected]. luvvya reserves the right to suspend your Account pending investigation without prior notice.

luvvya operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme to protect the integrity of the Platform and safeguard Members against fraud and money laundering. All Members must complete KYC before their first withdrawal is processed.

KYC documentation requirements include:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unexpired government-issued photo identification document. For Indonesian residents, this is typically the National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP). Passports and driver's licences are also accepted where the document clearly displays the Member's full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last 90 days, displaying the Member's full name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where a Member's primary deposit method is a local bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or any other supported bank), luvvya may request confirmation that the bank account is registered in the Member's own name.

Documents must be submitted as clear digital photographs or scanned copies. luvvya reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is insufficient to complete verification. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation during WIB business days.

luvvya reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or Account activity pending completion of KYC at any time, including for previously verified Accounts if updated documentation is required.

luvvya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted through the following supported payment methods:

• Local Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform's banking page and may be updated from time to time. luvvya reserves the right to adjust these limits at its sole discretion with reasonable notice to Members.

Deposits made via local bank transfer are typically credited to the Member's Account within five (5) minutes of the transfer being confirmed by the receiving bank. E-wallet deposits are generally instantaneous. luvvya is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.

Withdrawals for fully verified (KYC-complete) Accounts are processed within five (5) minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday through Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB, subject to national public holidays). Withdrawal requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available banking day.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the Member's own name. luvvya will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Any attempt to withdraw to a mismatched account will result in the request being rejected and may trigger an additional KYC review.

luvvya offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Members from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual promotions:

1. Bonus Funds are credited to a Member's Account in a separate promotional balance and are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
2. Wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms and are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 10x wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 1.000.000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal is permitted).
3. Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Contribution rates for each game category are published on the promotion's dedicated terms page. As a general guideline: sports betting typically contributes at 100%; live casino games contribute at 10%–20%; and certain slot titles may be excluded entirely.
4. Each bonus has a stated validity window, commencing from the time the bonus is credited to the Member's Account. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to uncompleted wagering at the expiry of the validity window will be forfeited automatically.
5. A maximum bet limit applies while Bonus Funds are active. Bets exceeding the published maximum bet limit while Bonus Funds are in play may, at luvvya's discretion, result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all winnings accumulated in connection with it.
6. luvvya reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. However, luvvya will not retroactively alter the wagering requirements or validity period of a bonus that a Member has already accepted and commenced wagering on.
7. Bonuses are issued for personal, recreational use only. Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated wagering patterns designed to arbitrage bonus terms, systematic low-risk wagering to complete wagering requirements, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in Account closure.

All bets and wagers placed on luvvya are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product vertical. General rules applicable across all Services include:

• Once a bet has been confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member, except where luvvya's product rules expressly permit a cash-out or early settlement option.
• luvvya reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneously published price or odds. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's Account balance without interest.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or the outcome of a game, the decision of luvvya's trading or gaming operations team shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined below.
• luvvya uses certified random number generation (RNG) systems for all applicable game verticals including slots and virtual games. Live dealer games are operated by internationally licensed studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live.
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) products, draw results are determined by official pool operators. luvvya publishes draw schedules and results transparently and does not manipulate draw outcomes.
• For mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets on the sportsbook, all legs of the parlay must be settled for the bet to pay out. If one leg is voided, the parlay is recalculated excluding the voided selection.

Members who wish to raise a formal dispute regarding a transaction or game outcome must do so within 14 calendar days of the relevant event by contacting luvvya support at [email protected] with full details of the disputed settlement, including the relevant bet or game reference number.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on luvvya and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals:

• Opening or operating more than one Account (multi-accounting), whether under your own name or under assumed identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with luvvya.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that is associated with illegal activity under Indonesian or international law.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will not be paid.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with normal human activity.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy specifically designed to exploit luvvya's bonus terms rather than engage with the Platform in good faith for recreational purposes.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or other competitive game formats.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing luvvya's customer support staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without luvvya's prior written consent.

All content on the luvvya Platform — including but not limited to the luvvya brand name and logo, website design, interface layout, graphics, text, software, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of luvvya or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works of any Platform content.
• Reverse engineering or decompiling any software component of the Platform.
• Using the luvvya brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context without prior written authorisation.

luvvya collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account with luvvya, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

luvvya will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and other supported providers) is limited to the minimum necessary to process your transactions securely.

luvvya is firmly committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from the Member's Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending.
• Loss Limits: Members may define maximum loss thresholds over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Members of their total time spent and net position during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: A short-term break option (24 hours to 6 weeks) for Members who wish to temporarily pause their activity without committing to a full self-exclusion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luvvya's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Member into their luvvya Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

luvvya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from:

• Temporary Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party financial institutions, e-wallet providers, or telecommunications infrastructure.
• Unauthorised access to a Member's Account resulting from the Member's failure to protect their credentials.
• Any decision made by luvvya's trading team to void a bet settled at an erroneous price.

A Member may close their luvvya Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, luvvya will process any outstanding withdrawable balance to the Member's verified payment method within five (5) business days, provided all KYC requirements are met and no pending fraud or AML investigations are ongoing.

luvvya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member's Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• A material breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A Member's failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• A Member being placed on a self-exclusion register or being identified as a vulnerable person.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requiring luvvya to cease service to a particular Member or class of Members.

Upon Account closure — whether at the Member's request or by luvvya — any Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied wagering requirements shall be forfeited. Real-money Balance remaining after applicable deductions will be returned to the Member in accordance with luvvya's standard withdrawal procedures.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by the licensing jurisdiction under which luvvya operates.

In the event of a dispute between luvvya and a Member that cannot be resolved through luvvya's standard customer support escalation process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy. luvvya's customer support escalation process is initiated by submitting a written complaint to [email protected], clearly marked "Formal Complaint".

luvvya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, luvvya will notify Members via the registered email address associated with their Account and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If a Member does not agree to any amended terms, they must immediately cease using the Platform and submit an Account closure request to [email protected] prior to the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change will be deemed unconditional acceptance of the updated terms.
