Problem gambling can affect anyone, regardless of age, income, or experience. It is important to be aware of the warning signs so you can take action early. Ask yourself the following questions:

• Do you spend more time or money gambling than you originally intended?
• Have you borrowed money or sold possessions to fund your gambling?
• Do you feel anxious, irritable, or restless when you try to stop or reduce your gambling?
• Have you lied to family or friends about the extent of your gambling activity?

luvvya partners with internationally recognised problem gambling organisations to provide Members with access to professional support and counselling services. If you or someone you know is struggling with gambling, the following resources are available:

• GamCare: A UK-based charity offering free information, advice, and support for anyone affected by problem gambling. GamCare operates a 24/7 helpline and online chat service.
• Gamblers Anonymous: A global fellowship of men and women who share their experiences, strength, and hope to help each other recover from compulsive gambling. Meetings are held in major cities worldwide, including Jakarta, Surabaya, and Bandung.
• BeGambleAware: An independent charity providing free, confidential support and treatment for anyone experiencing gambling-related harm. BeGambleAware offers online counselling, forums, and educational materials.
• International Centre for Youth Gambling Problems and High-Risk Behaviors: A research and treatment centre affiliated with McGill University, providing support for younger individuals affected by gambling.

Strict 21+ Age Policy

luvvya is an adults-only platform. Indonesian law prohibits individuals under the age of 21 from participating in gambling activities, and luvvya enforces this restriction without exception. During registration, all Members are required to confirm that they are at least 21 years of age. We also conduct identity verification (KYC) checks before processing the first withdrawal from any Account.

If we discover that an individual under the age of 21 has registered an account or placed bets on luvvya, we will immediately close the Account, return any deposits to the source account, and forfeit all winnings.
